BULK ORDER DISCOUNT
This is for resellers and retailers throughout the world.
(a) Bulk order discount is provided for K-POP albums (Music CD(s), including poster options) only.
* Poster itself is free but shipping fee is charged separately thus “unfolded poster” option should be chosen for getting posters.
(b) Total product amount of a single order must reach minimum $2,000.00 USD to get bulk order discount. Excluding shipping cost.
(c) Discount is not provided for other goods such as the items with special gifts, limited editions, season’s greetings, calendars, light sticks, keyrings, free posters listed at POSTER category, etc.
(d) Wrong shipping fee is charged in the system due to the package weight limitation if a certain volume/weight is over the limit. Kpopmart provides an estimation sheet with the correct shipping cost separately.
(e) Not acceptable for domestic delivery (ship to South Korea).
(f) Loyalty points and voucher credits created from bulk orders are not available to use for order payment.
HOW TO GET ESTIMATION
(a) Register at kpopmart.com and make an order through the account registered.
* The order should be placed in USD currency.
(b) Choose “bank wire payment” or “western union payment” option as payment method and then actual payment would not be processed but order number is created solely.
(c) Send the order number to customer@kpopmart.com right after placing the order.
CS team will check order details and offer total amount including discount rate and shipping cost.
Official estimation is issued within 24 hours after requested and the customer can decide to complete payment or not after checking estimation sheet within 2 days (including weekend and holidays).
(d) Discount rate is applied according to the table shown above and special discount can be provided separately according to the purchase amount/volume.
(e) Bulk order is only available to ship via express courier service due to security issues. Lower shipping cost between UPS and DHL will be offered after checking.
BULK ORDER WITHOUT ESTIMATION
If the customer has own DHL or UPS account and wants to pay shipping cost and others at destination, he can request to send products by paying product price only.
(a) Register at kpopmart.com and make an order through the account registered.
(b) Choose “bank wire payment” or “western union payment” option as payment method and then actual payment would not be processed but order number is created solely.
(c) Send the order number and one’s DHL or UPS account number to customer@kpopmart.com right after placing the order.
Total product amount (excluding shipping cost) should be sent to Kpopmart PayPal account (payment@kpopmart.com) within 24 hours after placing the order.
The order is canceled without a notice if not paid within 24 hours due to stock management.
* If the customer needs more time to pay, he can contact CS team and designate payment date.
(d) Not acceptable for domestic delivery (ship to South Korea).
(e) Loyalty points and voucher credits created from such orders are not available to use for order payment.
