SHIPPING

Normally order is shipped out within 3~4 business days after payment accepted.

  – It excludes weekend and holidays.

  – It can be faster or later according to product stock status, manufacturing issues and any other reasons.

  – It takes more time to send goods items than common albums according to the manufacturer’s supply.

  – If any preorder item is included in the order, all the items will be shipped after the preorder item released.

  – We ship out orders on the basis of first come first served regardless of shipping method.

     Shipping can be delayed during busy season (Korean holidays, Christmas & New Year season, etc) and due to order rush.

  – Shipment notification and photos of products would be emailed to customer’s kpopmart account email after dispatched.

  – If any inquiry on order or assistance (address change / update, payment error, wrong information, etc.), customer should email to customer@kpopmart.com within 24 hours after payment accepted.

  – Incoterms of all the shipping methods is DAP (Delivered at Place) thus none of accidents (damage/lost, theft, robbery, destruction, etc) or natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, flood, etc.) are compensated unless the customer pays for insurance separately.

  – If customer wants to take insurance for possible damages or accidents during delivery, he should email to customer@kpopmart.com within 24 hours after placing the order and pay insurance cost.

  – Please send email to customer@kpopmart.com if any issues then CS team will answer you within 1 ~ 24 hours after receiving inquiries.

  – Please do not use icloud.com, mac.com, me.com and mail.ru as kpopmart account. These email addresses can reject shipment notification email

PACKING

Products are packed in bubble wraps and hard paper box.

  – Products can be packed in 2 or more parcels due to package size/weight/volume and shipping fee increase.

     Delivery time of each parcel can be different because of the local postal circumstance though they are under the same order.

  – Packing stuffs can be changed from Box to bubble vinyl bag due to product size and weight.

  – Poster is packed in hard poster tube.

SHIPPING METHOD

  – Shipping fee is fluctuated by various factors as product weight (quantity), ship to country, unfolded poster option, shipping method, etc.

  – Contact number is mandatory for traceable shipping methods (K-Packet, EMS, EMS Premium, DHL, UPS).

  – Shipping method can be changed/upgraded without notice if figured out package size/volume is not matched with the shipping method chosen by customer.

     Orders can be combined/divided without notice while packing process as well.

  1. DOMESTIC DELIVERY              https://kdexp.com/index.do

  (a) Local Delivery Service. Domestic delivery is for the destination South Korea only.

  (b) Contact number which is available in Korea is mandatory.

  (c) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of products to the customer’s kpopmart account email after the package is dispatched.

         Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

  (d) Tracking number is not provided separately because tracking number of domestic shipment is issued on the next business day of shipping and it just takes 1~2 business days to deliver.

  (e) Customers can send an email to customer@kpopmart.com or leave a message through Contact US column to get a tracking number after receiving shipment notification.

  (f) Tracking site is all in Korean language (Kyong Dong R&D); https://kdexp.com/index.do

  (g) Kpopmart is not responsible for the shipment once delivery is completed.

  (a) Traceable Type Small Packet Air Mail. With Tracking Number (LK*********KR. LP*********KR. LI*********KR. RK*********KR).

  (b) Correct contact number is mandatory and delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English. Only English letters are available. P.O Box address is not acceptable.

  (c) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of tracking sheet and products to the customer’s kpopmart account email after the package is dispatched.

         Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

  (d) Normally takes 14 ~ 21 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched.

        (can take more than 30 business days or more to some areas according to local postal service circumstances / not guaranteed delivery schedule).

        Custom clearance, holidays and weekend are not included in delivery period.

  (e) Kpopmart is not responsible for any damage or lost of K-Packet during delivery. Not covered by insurance.

  (a) Traceable Express Mail. With Tracking Number (EG*********KR or EY*********KR).

  (b) Correct contact number is mandatory and delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English. Only English letters are available. P.O Box address is not acceptable.

  (c) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of tracking sheet and products to the customer’s kpopmart account email after the package is dispatched.

         Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

  (d)  Normally takes 2 ~ 7 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched.

         (can take more than 30 business days or more to some areas according to local postal service circumstances / not guaranteed delivery schedule).

         Custom clearance and weekend are not included in delivery period.

  (e) Kpopmart is not responsible for any damage or lost of EMS shipment during delivery. Not covered by insurance.

  (a) Traceable Express Mail. Traceable Express Mail. With Tracking Number (UP*********KR).

  (b) Managed by Korea post and delivered by UPS courier at destination. Available for some a few countries which are not covered by common EMS service.

  (c) Correct contact number is mandatory and delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English. Only English letters are available. P.O Box address is not acceptable.

  (d) Poster would be folded regardless of poster option.

  (e) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of tracking sheet and products to the customer’s kpopmart account email after the package is dispatched.

         Tracking for shipment is available from the next business day of shipping.

  (f) Normally takes 2 ~ 7 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched.

       (can take more than 30 business days or more to some areas according to local postal service circumstances).

       Custom clearance and weekend are not included in delivery period.

  (g) Kpopmart is not responsible for any damage or lost of K-Packet during delivery. Not covered by insurance.

  (b) Correct contact number is mandatory and delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English. Only English letters are available. P.O Box address is not acceptable.

  (c) The receiver’s full name is mandatory. An initial is not acceptable in the receiver’s name (ex. John A., Sara B., C. Smith).

  (d) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of tracking sheet and products to the customer’s kpopmart account email after the package is dispatched.

  (e) Normally takes 2 ~ 4 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched (take up to 20 business days or more to some areas sometimes).

  (f) Kpopmart is not responsible for any damage or lost of shipment during delivery unless the customer pays for insurance cost.

  (a) Traceable Express Courier Service. With Tracking Number (1Z71W07V**********)

  (b) Correct contact number is mandatory and delivery information (name, address) should be provided in English. Only English letters are available. P.O Box address is not acceptable.

  (c) The receiver’s full name is mandatory. An initial is not acceptable in the receiver’s name (ex. John A., Sara B., C. Smith). Actual delivery address should be designated, not P.O Box.

  (d) Shipment notification is emailed including photos of tracking sheet and products to the customer’s kpopmart account email after the package is dispatched.

  (e) Normally takes 2 ~ 4 business days to deliver to other regions after dispatched (take up to 20 business days or more to some areas sometimes).

  (f) Kpopmart is not responsible for any damage or lost of shipment during delivery unless the customer pays for insurance cost.

CUSTOM TAX

Kpopmart puts low price on custom declaration sheet attached on the package to avoid custom issue.

Customers can send an email to customer@kpopmart.com after receiving shipment notification and request to issue undervalued invoice if necessary.

For UPS and DHL shipment, there is no column to classify products as “gift”. Just low price would be mentioned as custom value.

  – If the customer does not want undervalue, the customer should send an email to customer@kpopmart.com within 24 hours after placing an order.

  – Actual product price would be mentioned as custom value for DHL and UPS shipments which are sent to Australia, United Kingdom and Turkey. Undervalue itself is not available for DHL and UPS shipment to Australia, UK, Turkey, India, China and all the EU countries* according to Goods and services tax (GST) and UK, Turkey, India, China and EU custom’s instruction.

  – Australia (GST), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

  – Goods and services tax (GST) is imposed in Australia since 2017. It is included in order amount and the receiver can claim a refund by himself (https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/GST/In-detail/Rules-for-specific-transactions/International-transactions/Claiming-GST-credits-for-goods-you-import/)

  – VAT obligations for sellers and marketplaces in EU countries are imposed since July 1st 2021. It is not included in order amount but the receiver should pay for it to receive the shipment at destination.

USE OF ORDER NOTES COLUMN

Order Notes column is for the customer’s requests of tax/customs, packing, etc.

Do not input part of address or direction (apartment number, P.O Box number, phone number, etc.)

What you mentioned at this column would not be shown on the invoice and it may not be reflected on shipping/delivery information.

DELAY ISSUE

Shipments can be returned to the sender or discarded without a notice due to absence of addressee, insufficient/wrong address, non-reclaim (the receiver did not provide tax information or submit documents according to the import law and regulations at destination within a certain period), etc.

  – If no one is at delivery address at the time of delivery, shipment can be back to the shipping company or returned to the sender. Customers should check tracking result time to time and try not to miss its delivery.

  – Shipping cost is the whole expense paid to courier companies and Kpopmart is not liable to refund initial shipping cost though the package is returned or discarded.

  – Handling cost can be charged separately for some special cases.

  – Delivery can be delayed during busy seasons like Christmas and New Year.

  – Delay or package return during delivery is not for compensation regardless of the reason.
